Creating a Single Channel Route
Initialize standalone routing patterns within individual communication channels. Learn how to navigate the graph canvas, manage version revisions, and coordinate downstream event dependencies.
Single Channel Route is easy to create, with a clear concept of what you want to achieve and some creativity.
On the Single Channel Route listing page, you will find an option (next to 'Create' button) to change your view between a card grid and a list view, for your convenience.
Your option to filter out only the Live routes as well as the Channel filter is on the top of the page.
You can also filter it based on the channels.
Create a Route
Click the Create+ at the top right corner of the page.
In the pop-up that appears,
Flow-builder
The page that opens on creating a new Single Channel Route is called the flow-builder.
