MSG91
Learn how to integrate MSG91 RCS with Fyno by configuring your API credentials, connecting your RCS channel, and enabling delivery status tracking through callback configuration.
Before we get started, you will need to have a Gupshup Enterprise account already set up, along with SenderID and Templates.

Find the Provider
Navigate to the Integrations page. Under "RCS" section, click on the "MSG91" button.

Configure the Integration
In the pop-up, fill in:
- Custom name: Provide a name that would help you identify the configured account in Fyno's portal.
- API Key: Log in to your MSG91 RCS account, navigate to the Authkey settings, and copy the Authkey
- Project ID: Fetch Project ID from your account settings.

Complete the Integration
Click on "Add Account" once done, and you are all set!
Message Delivery Status
While Fyno has the capacity to track the notification delivery status, MSG91 requires a manual update of the Fyno Callback Endpoint in order to receive these reports. To update the Callback manually follow these steps:

Copy the Callback URL in the Integrations popup.

Send the Callback URL to your MSG91 account manager to add it in your MSG91 account.
