Subscription Widget
Learn how to use the Subscription widget to manage user subscriptions by adding or removing users from topics within workflows.
Subscription
The subscription widget activates the process for subscribing or unsubscribing. This happens when a user clicks "Stop Promotions" in a WhatsApp message or when a user consents to receive WhatsApp marketing notifications.
For example, to unsubscribe a user from WhatsApp notification, follow the below steps.

In the Workflow, configure the WABA no by adding 'Virtual No' trigger.

Drag and drop a Condition block and configure it as shown below. Its critical to use the variable '$input.body.simplified.message.text' and value as 'Stop promotions'

Drag and drop 'Subscription' action and attach it to if block. Then add Subscription key as 'simplified.message.button.payload' and action as 'Opted-Out'.
