Verification Logs
Monitor and troubleshoot verifications using Verification Logs. Filter verification records by status, timestamp, tenant, or Distinct ID to investigate verification outcomes.
The Verification Logs page provides a centralized view of verification requests processed by the system. It enables users to monitor verification activities, search for specific requests, and investigate verification outcomes using various filtering options.
Filter Options
The Verification Logs page includes multiple filters that help users quickly locate specific verification records.
Status
The Status filter displays verification logs based on the processing outcome of verification requests.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Displays all verification logs regardless of status. This is the default selection. |
| Success | Displays only verifications that completed successfully. |
| Failed | Displays only verifications that failed during processing. This option is useful when troubleshooting verification issues. |
Timestamp
The Timestamp filter limits the displayed verification logs to a selected date or time range.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Today | Displays verification logs created on the current day. This is the default selection. |
| Yesterday | Displays verification logs created on the previous day. |
| Last 2 days | Displays all verification logs created within the last two days, which corresponds to the system's log retention period. |
| Custom | Allows users to specify a custom date range to search for verification logs within the available retention period. |
Distinct ID
The Distinct ID field allows users to search for a specific verification request using its unique identifier.
This feature is useful for:
- Locating a specific verification log.
- Investigating customer-reported verification issues.
- Tracking an individual verification transaction.
- Reviewing the details of a particular verification request.
Only verification logs matching the entered Distinct ID are displayed.
Tenant
The Tenant filter displays verification logs associated with a specific tenant. In this context, a tenant represents a distinct use case configured in the system. This filter helps users isolate verification activities for a particular use case. The default value, All, displays verification logs across all available tenants.
