# Save / Send for Approval

## Save as Draft

- Stores the template only in Fyno.
- Fully editable.
- Not sent to DLT.
- Cannot be used for messaging.
- Use this when the content is still under review.

## Submit for Approval (Send to Provider)

- Submits the template to the selected DLT integration.
- Locks the template for editing during review.
- Approval status is updated after sync.
- Once approved, the template becomes available for sending SMS.

## Template List Overview

Each template in the list displays:

| Field         | Description                                                        |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Template Name | Name of the DLT template.                                          |
| Status        | Current approval state.                                            |
| Last Synced   | Last time the status was fetched.                                  |
| DLT Provider  | Connected DLT integration.                                         |
| Type          | Transactional, Service Implicit, Service Explicit, or Promotional. |

## Template Statuses

| Status                 | Description                                                         |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Draft (Saved as Draft) | Created in Fyno but not submitted to DLT and not usable.            |
| Pending                | Submitted to DLT and waiting for approval.                          |
| Approved               | Verified and approved by DLT and ready to use for sending messages. |
| Rejected               | Not approved by DLT.                                                |
