# MSG91

Before we get started, you will need to have a Gupshup Enterprise account already set up, along with SenderID and Templates.

1. **Find the Provider**

   Navigate to the Integrations page. Under "RCS" section, click on the "MSG91" button.
2. **Configure the Integration**

   In the pop-up, fill in:
   - **Custom name**: Provide a name that would help you identify the configured account in Fyno's portal.
   - **API Key**: Log in to your MSG91 RCS account, navigate to the Authkey settings, and copy the Authkey
   - **Project ID**: Fetch Project ID from your account settings.
3. **Complete the Integration**

   Click on "Add Account" once done, and you are all set!

## Message Delivery Status

While Fyno has the capacity to track the notification delivery status, MSG91 requires a manual update of the Fyno Callback Endpoint in order to receive these reports. To update the Callback manually follow these steps:

1. Copy the Callback URL in the Integrations popup.
2. Send the Callback URL to your MSG91 account manager to add it in your MSG91 account.
