# MsSQL

To connect Fyno Connect with your MsSQL database:

1. Navigate to **Databases** and click on MsSQL.
2. In the pop-up, enter the following details:
   - Custom Name
   - Server
   - Database name
   - Port
   - Username
   - Password
3. Click on "Add Database" to test the connection and successfully save it. After the database is added successfully, you will see it listed on the same page under **Connected DBs**.
4. You can now create cohorts from the data in your database. See [Create Cohorts.](./how-to-create-a-cohort-in-fyno-connect)
